Tiramisu is easy to make!

1- Seperate the egg whites and egg yolks. Beat the egg yolks and sugar with cream until pale in color. Then add mascarpone.

2- Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites and the mascarpone mixture until fluffy and combined.

3- Dip lady fingers. Add the warm (not hot) coffee to a shallow bowl and dip the lady fingers on both sides. Layer the biscuits with prepared cream.

4- Repeat. Add another layer of lady fingers (dipped in coffee) and another layer of mascarpone mixture. Dust with cocoa powder.

5- rest. It is so important that you wait at least 6 hours and preferably 6-24 hours before serving.
