Simple Ingredients: - Tipo 00 flour - Water - Yeast - Salt

1- Mixing the flour and water and carefully adding the salt and yeast. Make sure the yeast and salt do not touch.

2- Mixing all the ingredients and create a smooth dough ball. Use hands or wooden spoon and knead.

3- Cover dough ball with a damp cloth for about 2 hours. Divide the dough into about 8 pieces.  Place the dived dough balls in airtight container for final rise.

If you don't have a high heat pizza oven cook it in your oven at the hottest setting 550 degrees F, preferably on a pizza stone.
