Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and preheat oven.
Combine the salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, and paprika.
Season the chicken with the spice mixture.
Heat the olive oil and sear the chicken thighs.
Remove the chicken from the skillet, and sauté the tomato paste and garlic in the same skillet.
Pour the broth into the skillet, bring to a simmer, and stir the heavy cream and cheese.
Add the seared chicken back to the skillet.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake. Garnish and serve.
