Baked Flounder Recipe

Lightly pat the fish fillets with paper towels and grease the baking dish. Place the flounder fish in the baking dish in an even layer.

Step 1

Rub the fish fillets with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Cover and let it rest. Combine the garlic, lemon juice, zest, and butter.

Step 2

Stir the lemon juice mixture to combine. Pour the mixture over the fish and sprinkle the flounder fish with bread crumbs.

Step 3

Bake until the fish is cooked and the topping is golden. Let it rest before serving and sprinkle parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
