Bring water to a boil and add the polenta. Stir until it thickens.
Reduce heat and continue stirring.
Remove pot from heat. Add the butter cheese, heavy cream, milk and herbs.
Stir mixture until well combined.
Transfer to a greased baking sheet and spread evenly.
Cover and refrigerate. When ready, cut into fries-like shape.
Arrange the fries in a baking dish, brush with oil, and bake.
Let the polenta cool first in the fridge before cutting.
