Ingredients

garlic

flour

potatoes

oil

broth

milk

cheddar cheese

sour cream

Clean and bake the potatoes in the oven.

Step 1

Cook the bacon in the pan and set aside.

Step 2

In the same pot where you cook the bacon, saute the onions and garlic.

Step 3

Add and stir in the flour over the sauteed onions and garlic.

Step 4

Pour the broth, milk, and heavy cream into the pot and let it cook for a few minutes.

Step 5

Chop the baked potatoes into cubes.

Step 6

Add the potato cubes to the soup pot.

Step 8

Stir in the cheese, sour cream, and cooked bacon into the pot.

Step 9

Recipe Tip!

Don't simmer too long. It only takes about 10 minutes for the flavors to come together.
