Combine all ingredients except for the pine nuts in the blender and blend.

Add the pine nuts and pulse. Scrape the sides of the blender with a spatula.

Transfer to a container and store.

You can store pesto in airtight containers or sealed glass jars in the refrigerator for approximately one week.
