Ingredients

maple syrup

brown sugar

cinnamon

nutmeg

flake sea salt

Prepare and chop the sweet potatoes. Season them with salt and pepper.

Step 1

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the orange juice, maple syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.

Step 2

Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, and rosemary into the saucepan.

Step 3

Pour the sauce over the sweet potatoes in the baking dish. Mix to coat.

Step 4

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake. Stir the sweet potatoes during the baking process.

Step 5

Once cooked, remove the foil and stir. Sprinkle with flake sea salt and serve.

Choose firm, medium-sized sweet potatoes with smooth, blemish-free skin for the best texture.
