Ingredients

Season the pork with salt and pepper.

Step 1

Place the seasoned pork into the pot.

Sear the pork on both sides evenly.

Transfer the meat to the crock pot along with bay leaves, thyme, and dried berries.

Step 4

Cook the meat until fork tender.

Step 5

Once cooked, let it cool, then shred it with a fork.

Step 6

Toast the shredded meat in oil.
