Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip  (with No Mayonnaise)

This cheesy artichoke dip is an easy, healthy appetizer that you won't miss the mayo!

This best-ever cheesy artichoke spinach dip is sure to be your family's new favorite! Made with fresh spinach, sliced artichokes, cheddar cheese, and three kinds of delicious cheeses, you won't miss the mayo in this perfect appetizer.


Frozen or canned artichokes Fresh spinach Olive oil Onion Cloves of Garlic Mascarpone Mozzarella cheese Parmigiano cheese Creme Fraiche Italian herbs Red chili flakes Salt Black pepper


Cook (steam or sauté) the spinach until wilted and let it cool.

Step 1

Sauté artichokes and onion in olive oil until slightly brown. Then add garlic and cooked spinach.

Step 2

Add and stir the mascarpone cheese into the skillet. Then remove the skillet and transfer the mixture to a pan or mixing bowl.

Step 3

Add and mix the mozzarella, creme fraiche, parmigiano, salt, herbs and pepper flakes in the bowl.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake until bubbly and golden.
