Ingredients

powdered sugar

Combine the eggs, vanilla extract, flour, milk, and salt in a blender.

Step 1

Blend batter until smooth.

Step 2

Swirl the butter around the skillet and let it melt.

Step 3

Pour the batter into the skillet and return the skillet to the oven.

Step 4

Remove the skillet from the oven, sprinkle the powdered sugar, drizzle syrup, and serve with berries.

Step 5

Avoid opening the oven once the pancake is still being cooked.
