Whisk the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
Beat the egg yolks, sugar, and lemon zest in a different bowl. Add oil and almond extract.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
Fold the egg whites in the batter gently.
Pour the batter into the pan evenly and sprinkle the almonds.
Bake and let it cool. Then, dust with powdered sugar.
Separate the eggs properly and carefully.
