Easy Creamy Parmesan Rice

This rice dish is guaranteed to satisfy your craving for creamy, cheesy goodness on a weekly basis.


lemon juice

chicken broth

long-grain rice

parmesan cheese




Rinse the rice well and great the parmigiano cheese, then set aside. Toast the rice in melted butter.

Step 1

Add the broth to the pot with butter and rice and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer.

Step 2

Cover the pot with the lid, cook for 15 minutes, and occasionally stir until the rice is tender. Stir in butter and lemon juice.

Step 3

Stir in butter and lemon juice. Fluff rice, fold the parmigiano cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
