This frittata is the perfect, easy and quick meal to feed your family on busy days! It's so simple, yet full of flavor—and it takes just 30 minutes!


Fresh spinach Onion Olive oil Parmigiano Eggs Ricotta cheese Salt Pepper Bread crumbs Butter


Grease a round tart or pie dish with butter and coat the bottom and sides with bread crumbs.

Step 1

Sauté the onion and spinach with olive oil in a skillet and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Whip the eggs and ricotta using an electric mixer or by hand.

Step 3

Add the parmigiano to the egg mixture and combine using a fork.

Step 4

Combine the sautéed spinach and egg mixture. Then, pour it into the prepared baking dish. 

Step 5

Sprinkle additional parmigiano if desired and bake it for 25 minutes.
