Ingredients

olive oil

Blanch the broccoli and chop it to bite-size.

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and cook the sausage until browned.

Step 2

Stir in the pepper flakes and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.

Step 3

Add the blanched broccoli to the skillet and cook the orecchiette on the side.

Step 4

Add the orecchiette and reserve pasta water into the skillet and toss to coat.

Step 5

Add the cheese and toss to coat. Serve and garnish with extra cheese. 

Step 6

Recipe Tip!

Use the reserved pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency.
