Blanch the broccoli and chop it to bite-size.

Add the orecchiette and reserve pasta water into the skillet and toss to coat.
Add the cheese and toss to coat. Serve and garnish with extra cheese.
Use the reserved pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency.
