A quick and easy side dish that is both tasty and healthy, these steamed asparagus are ready in less than 10 minutes!

lemon juice


lemon zest

Prepare the asparagus and trim the bottom. Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Cover and set aside.

Step 1

Steam the asparagus. You can do this with or without a steamer basket. Poke the asparagus's thickest part to test for doneness.

Step 2

Transfer the asparagus to a serving platter using slotted spoon and toss gently with the prepared dressing.
