Combine and mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Stir the wet ingredients.
Combine the dry and wet ingredients.
Stir the ingredients, pour the batter mixture into the pans and bake.
Place a toothpick in the center of the loaf; it should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
