Season the beef chunk with salt and pepper.
Cook the beef chunks in the pan.
Once the beef is cooked, remove it and set it aside.
Fry the onions in the same pan you cooked the beef in.
Mix in the spices and flour into the pan.
Add the cooked meat back to the pot and pour in the broth.
Stir in the spices and tomato paste.
Cook the soup and add the fresh parsley.
Sear the beef cubes until browned—this step adds extra flavor to the soup.
