This Greek Orzo pasta salad brings together the perfect blend of flavors and textures!

orzo
basil
kalamata olives
cucumbers
feta
red onion
mint
pine nuts

salt & pepper
mustard
red wine

lemon juice
Make the homemade Greek salad dressing and set aside.
Cook and prepare the orzo pasta.
Drain the orzo and transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Stir in 1 tablespoon of the dressing.
Let the pasta cool and mix it with the herbs and veggies.
Pour the remaining salad dressing over the mixture and toss to coat.
Sprinkle the pine nuts over the salad and serve.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator before serving.
