“Okay, I’ve made this twice … once for my partner and me and the second time for company(given that they were SO delicious!). Not sure what the magic is but the combination of flavours is amazing. Looks simple, sounds easy but the taste? Out of this world delicious. Make sure to flatten the chicken first (you also will make your meat go farther). Highly recommend. PS. Goes amazing with frozen lemon bars for dessert (or apple cake!)”

Pat the chicken dry and preheat the grill.
Combine the seasoning in a bowl and rub it on each of the chicken breasts along with high-heat oil.
Combine and mix the garlic aioli ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Slice the buns and lightly toast them on the grill.
Grill the chicken on each side and let it rest.
Spread the garlic aioli on the bottom half of each bun.
Add the grilled chicken breast on each bun and layer the rest of the ingredients.
Finish assembling the sandwich with a drizzle of honey over the top of the layered ingredients and place the top bun on each sandwich.
Season the chicken generously and ensure it's coated evenly.
