cornstarch

Mix the egg yolks, sugar, and cornstarch until thick.

Step 1

Heat the whole milk in a pot until warm.

Step 2

Add the cornstarch mixture to the milk and whisk.

Step 3

Combine and mix the pasta frolla ingredients until it forms a dough.

Step 4

Roll out the dough and place it into the pie shell.

Step 5

Blind bake the shaped dough.

Step 6

Let the past frolla pie shell cool.

Step 7

Add the pastry cream to the pie shell.

Step 8

Decorate the top with your preferred fruits.
