Ingredients

powdered sugar

lemon juice

vanilla extract

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.

Step 1

Add and beat the eggs to the butter-sugar mixture. Stir in lemon juice zest, and vanilla.

Step 2

Sift the dry ingredients over the wet mixture.

Step 3

Mix until soft dough forms.

Step 4

Divide the dough and shape it into logs.

Step 5

Bake until golden and slice the biscotti.

Step 6

Then, bake the sliced biscotti cookies again.

Step 7

Mix the glaze ingredients and drizzle over each biscotti cookie.
