Prepare the oven. In a bowl, combine the sugar and eggs.
Mix and whisk the eggs and sugar using an electric mixer.
Whisk in the olive oil, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Sift half of the dry ingredients on top of the wet ingredients and stir.
Add the yogurt. Mix and sift the other half of the dry ingredients.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake. Let it cool, and dust the powdered sugar on top.
Gently mix the dry and wet ingredients. Don't overmix!
