Combine the lemon curd ingredients except for the butter in a pot, cook them, and strain.
Add the mixture back to the pot, add the butter, and set the lemon curd aside.
Combine the lemon syrup ingredients and let them boil.
Take the lemon peel out and set the lemon syrup aside.
Place the heavy cream in a bowl and whip them.
In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone and lemon curd.
Soak the ladyfingers and layer them at the bottom of the dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the top of the layered ladyfingers.
Repeat the process and top them with the remaining lemon curd.
Garnish and decorate the tiramisu before serving, you can add lemon slices or use other decorations to make it more visually appealing.
