Ingredients

butter

red pepper flakes

cherry tomatoes

basil

white wine

parsley

In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, sauté the shallot, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

Step 1

Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan.

Step 2

Mix in the cooked obster tail slices.

Step 3

Cook the pasta and reserve a cup of water.  Then, stir in the cooked pasta into the lobster mixture.

Step 4

Stir in the herbs and lemon zest.

Step 5

Serve and pair it with your favorite side dish.
