Easy One Bowl Carrot Cake

Ingredients

powdered sugar

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the oil, white and brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Step 1

Add the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon to the bowl and mix.

Step 2

Fold in the carrots until evenly distributed.

Step 3

Pour the batter into the pan and bake.

Step 4

In a different bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.

Step 5

Gradually add the powdered sugar one cup at a time.

Step 6

Once the cake has cooled down, spread the frosting at the top evenly. Garnish and cut.

Grate your carrots finely and properly measure your flour.
