I made this for my family of 6 and everyone loved it! My 4 kids range from 2-7. I have another tenderloin recipe that was my go to, but I saw this and wanted to try it. I’m so glad I did because this will become my new go to. I love that it’s quick to put together, doesn’t take long to cook and is so tender.

Ingredients

onion powder

oregano

thyme

Trim the pork tenderloins and pat them dry with a paper towel. Drizzle the olive oil over the pork, rub, and coat the pork with it. 

Step 1

Combine the rubbed ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2

Rub the pork tenderloins with the dry rub.

Step 3

Roast the pork until an instant-read thermometer registers 140°. 

Step 4

Remove the pan from the oven and cover it with foil. Let the meat rest, transfer it to a cutting board, and slice.

Step 5

Serve and garnish.
