Preheat the oven. Combine the zucchini and yellow squash in a bowl and toss it with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Add the fresh herbs to the bowl and toss together.
Place the seasoned vegetables on the baking sheet.
Roast the vegetables until cooked and sprinkle the parmesan cheese over.
Flip or stir the roasted vegetables halfway to ensure they cook evenly.
