Ingredients

lemon zest

pomegranate seeds

Cut and unwrap the cake into horizontal slices.

Step 1

Beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Step 2

Whip the mascarpone, lemon zest, and lemon extract in another bowl.

Step 3

Combine and fold the mascarpone mixture into the cream mixture.

Step 4

Spread the jam on top of the pandoro slice and add the cream mixture.

Step 5

Offset another slice of pandoro on top making sure the points don't align and continue layering until all slices are used.

Step 6

Decorate the cake and finish with powdered sugar. 

Step 7
