Cut and unwrap the cake into horizontal slices.
Beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Spread the jam on top of the pandoro slice and add the cream mixture.
Offset another slice of pandoro on top making sure the points don't align and continue layering until all slices are used.
