acorn squash

Ingredients

rosemary

thyme

Cut the squash in half and scoop out its flesh.

Step 1

Cut the acorn squash into slices with its skin on.

Step 2

Drizzle the olive oil over the squash slices. 

Step 3

Add the fresh herbs to the bowl and toss the whole mixture to combine.

Step 4

Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and toss them again to combine.

Step 5

Arrange the seasoned squash on a sheet and bake until golden brown.

Step 6
