Let's get started!
If you haven't attempted making fresh homemade pasta yet, I strongly recommend giving it a try. It's much simpler and less complicated than you might think!
“Thanks for this as i love pasta i need to try your gnocchi and ravioli as i love gnocchi and ravioli sooooooooo much BTW cant wait to make your recipes soon for me”
It lasts for 18 hours at room temperature but can last up to a month in a freezer if uncooked.
Dry your pasta before storing it. You can coat it using flour and let it dry out completely.
Drizzle melted butter or any other neutral-flavored oil over the pasta and stir to coat.
Wrap the pasta dough in plastic wrap, put it in a storage bag, and freeze.
When storing cooked pasta with sauce, make sure not to rinse it. And don't put the pasta immediately into the fridge or freezer after cooking.
