Sauté the onions, apples, and garlic over melted butter.

Step 1

Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, sage, oregano, and sautéed apple mixture.

Step 2

Add the broth to the filling mixture and season.

Step 3

Prepare the pork chops and cut a pocket on each pork chop.

Step 4

Stuff the pocket of each pork chop slice with the filling mixture.

Step 5

Secure the stuffed pork chops using toothpicks.

Step 6

Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. 

Step 7

Sear and bake the stuffed pork chops. Then, garnish and serve.
