Thick Cut Pork Chop Recipe

Wash and pat the meat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper and mix the dry rub ingredients in a bowl.

Make sure that the dry rub is well mixed together and apply them to both sides of the pork chops. Then, allow the flavors to meld.

Add the olive oil to a heated skillet and coat the pan. Sear the pork chops until they are nice and golden brown.
