Ingredients

celery 

garlic

thyme

rosemary

oregano

bay leaves

chicken broth

kale

red pepper flakes

parmigiano cheese

Sauté the onion, shallot, carrots, and celery.

Step 1

Add the garlic, rosemary, thyme, and bay leaf. Cook until fragrant.

Step 2

Add the beans and pour the broth. Bring to a boil and simmer.

Step 3

Blend the soup until smooth and creamy. Then, pour it back into the pot and stir.

Step 4

Remove the bay leaf and season. Add the kale and simmer.

Step 5

Serve and sprinkle with Parmigiano cheese and red pepper flakes!
