Ingredients

Prepare the pie crust and blind bake until the edges become golden.

Step 1

Remove the crust from the oven.

Step 2

Sauté the vegetables until tender and season.

Step 3

Whisk the eggs and milk until well combined and season.

Step 4

Layer the cheese at the bottom of the crust.

Step 5

Add and spread the vegetables over the cheese. 

Step 6

Pour with whisk eggs and top with cheese.

Step 7

Bake until the top is golden brown.

Step 8
