Bring saucepan of water with salt to a boil and add the polenta.

Step 1

Stir the mixture until it thickens then turn to low heat and stir again for a minute or two.

Step 2

Take off the heat. Then, add the oil, parmigiano, and heavy cream. 

Step 3

Stir the mixture until it's combined and the texture is creamy.

Make sure to grate your own cheese.

Make sure to serve it hot and keep covered.
