I tried something new last night. I usually pan sear my French bone in pork chops, but this time I baked them in the oven, at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. They were perfectly perfect! A must do for next time. Thank you, Elena for the lovely recipe. Yum!

Ingredients

brown sugar

thyme

garlic  powder

onion  powder

Use the mallet to tenderize the pork chops.

Step 1

Place the pork chops in a tray and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Drizzle and rub the seasoned pork chops with oil.

Step 3

Drizzle and rub the seasoned pork chops with oil.

Combine and mix the seasonings in a bowl.

Step 4

Rub the seasonings on the pork chops, making sure they are coated well.

Step 5

Let the seasoned pork chops rest in marinade.

Step 6

Bake until golden brown on the top.
