Preheat the oven and grease the baking dish. Then, pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.

Rub the olive oil and spice mixture all over the chicken breast until they're evenly coated. Marinade for 30 minutes.

Take the chicken and place it in a single layer on the prepared and greased baking dish or sheet.

Bake the chicken breast until cooked through and have reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
