Balsamic and Thyme Roasted Portabello Mushrooms

Looking for a healthy appetizer or side dish to serve at your next party? Look no further than these roasted portobello mushrooms. This recipe is loaded with delicious earthy flavors of balsamic vinegar, thyme, and garlic.



balsamic vinegar

salt & pepper

olive oil

portobello mushroom caps

parmesan cheese




Prepare and clean the mushroom caps and remove the stems.

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and herbs.

Step 2

Arrange the mushroom caps in the baking dish. Pour the sauce in each cap on the marinade over the top.

Step 3

Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the coated mushrooms. 

Step 4

Roast the mushroom until the desired doneness is achieved.

 Roasted Portabello Mushrooms Tips:

Clean mushrooms with a dry cloth

Avoid mushroom in water

Store leftovers in an airtight container
