Ingredients

thyme

garlic

Prepare and clean the mushroom caps and remove the stems.

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and herbs.

Step 2

Arrange the mushroom caps in the baking dish. Pour the sauce in each cap on the marinade over the top.

Step 3

Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the coated mushrooms. 

Step 4

Roast the mushroom until the desired doneness is achieved.

Step 5

 Roasted Portabello Mushrooms Tips:

Clean mushrooms with a dry cloth

Avoid mushroom in water

Store leftovers in an airtight container
