Best Crispy Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Prepare the brussels sprouts and boil a large pot of water with salt.

Step 1

Blanch the Brussels in the boiling water until tender then transfer them to a bowl. Let it cool and pat them dry. 

Step 2

Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.

Step 3

Combine the melted butter, chili powder, paprika, salt, red pepper flakes, honey, and syrup in a bowl and whisk until combined.

Step 4

Toss the Brussels with olive oil and salt. Roast until golden brown and crispy edges.

Step 5

Remove the Brussels from the oven and toss with the prepared sauce and a sprinkle of flake salt.
