Sweet and salty, creamy and crunchy, these Creamy Frozen Lemon Bars with Graham Cracker Crust are the perfect sweet summer treat!

Ingredients

Make the graham mixture. Place and press it into the bottom of the pan.

Step 1

In a bowl, whip the cream using a stand mixer or by hand and set it aside.

Step 2

Mix the egg whites and sugar until stiff then set aside.

Step 3

Mix and beat the egg yolks, lemon juice, and lemon zest until combined and set aside.

Step 4

Mix and combine the egg white and yolk mixture using a spatula and gently fold them together.

Step 5

Add the whipped cream to the egg mixture and gently fold until combined.

Step 6

Add the filling on top of the graham cracker crust and top it with graham cracker mixture.

Step 7

Frozen Lemon Bars  Tips:

Do not over mix the final mixture

You can use a shortbread crust

You can use food processor to make the graham cracker crumbs
