Black Truffle Cream Pasta Recipe

Let's get started!

The perfect pasta dish you can make at home in 20 minutes. A rich, golden cream sauce with the earthy flavor of black truffles tossed with perfectly al dente pasta makes a divine meal that's sure to impress everyone!


black truffles in oil



heavy cream

parmesan cheese

truffle oil


salt & pepper

white wine

Sauté the garlic in the olive oil until fragrant. Then add the white wine and let it steam.

Step 1

Add the heavy cream, whisk and add seasonings to taste. Whisk again, then add the parmigiano cheese and the truffles.

Step 2

Cook the pasta until al-dente and reserve ½ cup of the cooking liquid. Then drain.

Step 3

Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the truffle cream sauce, and add the reserve pasta water if needed.

Step 4

Add the remaining parmesan cheese and stir until the pasta is well coated with the truffle cream sauce.
