Make the homemade pesto and spread it generously on the bottom slice of bread.
Layer the buffalo mozzarella on top of the pesto.
Add the tomatoes on top of the cheese.
Layer the arugula on top of the tomatoes and drizzle the balsamic vinegar.
Add the top slice of the bread to finish assembling the sandwich.
Grill the sandwich in a panini grill.
