Ingredients

Pat the cod dry using paper towels.

Step 1

Assemble the vegetables in the parchment.

Step 2

Place the cod on top and layer it with tomatoes and herbs. Then sprinkle the seasonings.

Step 3

Add the butter and olive oil on top of the herbs.

Step 4

Finish the layers with a slice of lemon on top.

Step 5

Fold the parchment and make it into a little pocket.

Step 6

Bake the parchment on a baking tray. Serve and enjoy!

Use a fresh cod that is moist, firm fillets, and clean smell.
