Combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, and butter in a bowl.
Add a portion of parmesan cheese and the spices to the bowl.
Mix and toss to coat.
Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a sheet pan.
Bake until golden, then sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake again until the top layer is crispy.
Place the Brussels sprouts cut-side down on the baking sheet!
