Boneless skinless chicken breasts Extra virgin olive oil Butter Eggs Flour Cornstarch Plain breadcrumbs Salt Pepper Lemon 


Prepare the bowls for beaten eggs, flour mixture, and bread crumbs. Dry and season the chicken.
