These sheet-pan Italian-style nachos are anything but ordinary. Ideal for game days or a quick and easy weeknight dinner, they are effortless to make and impossibly tempting to eat.


Nachos Shredded mozzarella cheese Grated parmigiano cheese Cherry tomatoes Sliced black olives Whole green olives Sliced pepperoncini peppers Nacho or tortilla chips Fresh basil, for topping Tomato Dipping Sauce Crushed tomatoes Crushed garlic Dried onion Dried oregano Dried basil Pinch of salt


Make the tomato sauce by combining the ingredients and heating them. Stir and place in a serving bowl.

Step 1

Arrange the chips in a single layer and add the mozzarella cheese, sliced tomatoes, parmigiano cheese, and black olives.

Step 2

Broil the pan sheet until the cheese is melted and garnish the cooked nachos with fresh green olives and peppers.
