Ingredients

parsley

green onion

olive oil

butter

paprika

salt & pepper

flounder fillets

garlic

Combine and mix the filling ingredients in a bowl.

Step 1

Spoon the filling mixture on top of each fillet. Spread the mixture evenly.

Step 2

Roll the flounder fillet and lock them using toothpicks.

Step 3

Place the rolled fillets in a greasing dish and bake.

Step 4

Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the fish and drizzle with melted butter.

Step 5

Bake until the fish flakes easily with a fork. 

Step 6

Remove the toothpicks before serving and garnish.
