Tacos Al Pastor Recipe

This flavorful dish features thinly sliced marinated pork grilled to perfection and infused with a delicious blend of spices!

Ingredients

white vinegar

vegetable oil

Ingredients

Combine the achiote paste, minced garlic, cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, pineapple juice, vinegar, & vegetable oil.

Step 1

Slice the pork into thin slices and add them to the marinade making sure they're well coated. Cover and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.

Step 2

Grill the meat on each side until the outer layer is slightly charred. Insert a  meat thermometer and make sure it reads at least 145°F.

Step 3

Place the cooked pork into a platter or baking sheet, then grill the pineapple and onion on both sides until slightly charred.

Step 4

Heat the corn tortillas for a few seconds on each side until pliable. Cook the ingredients to your desired char level.

Step 5

Slice the meat into thin slices. Also, cut the pineapple and onions into bite-size pieces. Combine and assemble the ingredients.
