Ingredients

paprika

Boil the eggs in a saucepan.

Step 1

Drain the water from the pan and transfer the eggs to a bowl with ice.

Step 2

Peel the cooled eggs and slice them lengthwise.

Step 3

Remove the egg yolks carefully with a small spoon.

Step 4

Use a fork to mash the yolks in a bowl.

Step 5

Add and mix the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar (if using),  salt, and pepper to the yolks. 

Step 6

Fill the egg whites with the egg yolk filling using a piping bag.

Step 7

Garnish the deviled egg, chill, and serve.

Step 8

Recipe Tip!

Prevent egg yolks from discoloring by mixing a bit of lemon juice into the filling mixture.
